Information
Taigal AN-T H/C is a levelling agent for the dyeing polyacrylonitrile fibers with cationic dyes
Properties
- Appearance: Yellowish~Brownish liquid
- Ionic activity: cationic
- pH value (1% sol.): 6.5 ± 1
- Main component: special cationic surfactant
- Solubility: easily soluble in cold water
- Storage: good storability
Features
- BAC (Benzalkonium Chloride C8~C18) Free.
- Taigal AN-T does not block dyesites therefore does not decrease dye exhaustion.
- Taigal AN-T shows excellent migration effects.
- Taigal AN-T makes no influence on the color shades of acrylic fiber.
- Taigal AN-T has high penetrating properties to improve levelling effect, it can be used on cheese dyeing.
- Taigal AN-T is highly effective for repairing the unven goods.
Application
- When dyeing acrylic fiber with cationic dyes，the following additions are recommended:
DC Pale shade Mid shade Dark shade 80% up 0.5% 0.5% ─ 60% 1.0% 0.5% 0.5% 50% 2.0% 1.0% 1.0% - For repairing uneven dyeing
Serious uneven : Taigal AN-T 2.0%
Mid uneven : Taigal AN-T 1.5%
Slight uneven : Taigal AN-T 1.0%
1.0%~2.0% o.w.f. Taigal AN-T is necessary for 30mins~1hour at the boil.
Taigal AN-T makes no influence on the color shades in the repair process.
