Taigal CK-04 is a leveling agent and retarding agent for the dyeing of 100% CDP and 100% CDP+OP fabrics with Taiacryl AD dyes, especially suitable if the dyeing concentration is less than 0.5% o.w.f.
Properties
- Appearance: Brown liquid.
- Ionic activity: anionic.
- pH value: 7.0-8.0
- Solubility: easily solnble in cold water.
- Storage: good storability.
Features
- Taigal CK-04 is a leveling agent and retarding agent. It does not block desites and therefore does not decrease dye exhaustion.
- Taigal CK-04 shows excellent migration effects.
- Taigal CK-04 makes no influence on the color shades .
- Taigal CK-04 has high penetrating properties to improve leveling effect， so cheese dyeing is not difficult.
- Taigal CK-04 is highly effective for repairing of unlevel goods.
Application
AD dyes : < 0.3 % o.w.f ; use Tigal CK-04 3.0g/l
AD dyes : 0.3% – 0.5% o.w.f ; use Tigal CK-04 2.0g/l
AD dyes : 0.5% – 0.7% o.w.f ; use Tigal CK-04 1.0g/l
AD dyes : > 1.0% o.w.f ; no need to add Tigal CK-04
