Information

Anti-precipitation Agent for dyeing C.D. fiber and blends

Properties

  1. Appearance: Yellowish.
  2. Ionic activity: Slightly Anionic / Non Ionic.
  3. Main component: special emulsify.
  4. Solubility: Soluble with hot water.
  5. Stability: resistant to acids, alkali, water hardness and salt.
  6. Storage: Storing in high temperature and humidity would cause indurate.

Features

  1. Taigal CDP offers a good protection on colloid due to its slightly anionic character It creates a temporary affinity on cation of the dyestuffs to prevent CDP fabrics from absorbing cationic dyestuffs too soon.
  2. Taigal CDP offers an excellent anti-precipitation effect in the dyeing bath of CD PET/RAYON so stops the formation of spot, decreases pollutes on vat wall, and reaches required color appeal and fastness.
  3. Taigal CDP can also provide excellent dispersing and leveling effects to disperse dyestuffs. While applying cationic dyes and disperse dyes in the same bath, the anion dispersing properties of disperse dyestuff and cationic dyestuff will create a complex compound and bring the dispersing effect down. Taigal CDP gives disperse dyestuff a very good dispersing effect, no elimination on color may occur.

Application

Taigal CDP is a slightly anionic, non foamin g dispersion anti precipitation agent for dyeing fabrics made of C.D., CDP, or their blends with polyester fibers.
