I am the founder of T&T Industries and a graduate of the National Taipei Institute of Technology.
Back in 1980, driven by the values instilled in me by my parents and teachers, I established Taiwan’s first professional dye production site for textiles. This initiative aimed to address the issues plaguing the textile industry by ensuring a consistent supply of raw materials and cutting-edge technologies.
My journey has been deeply intertwined with the world of dyes, from my academic pursuits to my lifelong career dedication. For me ‘’dyes’’ are not just a job or a business, it is an aspiration that I will never give up.
The principle of “not forgetting one’s origins” resonates deeply with me. Reflecting on my past, I recall moments of emptiness that were gradually filled by the support of others during challenging times. The belief in giving back to society has remained a steadfast guiding principle throughout my life.
As the years flew by, four decades have elapsed in the blink of an eye. In a bid to leave a lasting legacy for the sustainable advancement of Taiwan’s textile and dyeing chemical industry, I have decided to share my accumulated experience and knowledge through a series of books. These volumes, crafted with sincerity, serve as a testament to my dedication to the industry and a resource for both current pioneers and future successors.
Charting Our Journey Through Key Milestones in Company History
1969
- T&T Corporation was established on March 25, 1969.
- Qualified for international registration of its trademark
1995
- Expanded investment in Taoyuan Guanyin Industrial Zone for the construction of a new factory.
- Specialized in the manufacturing and trading of various dyes and dye intermediates, manufacturing and trading of various textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries, and related import and export trading activities.
1996
- The new factory in Taoyuan Guanyin officially began production.
- Awarded the ISO 9002 quality certification.
1997
- Became a member of the Ecological and Toxicological Association of Dyes and Organic Pigments Manufacturers (ETAD)
2001
- Invested over 100 million New Taiwan Dollars in setting up a comprehensive wastewater treatment plant.
- Obtained ISO14001 certification.
2003
- Awarded the ISO 9001 quality certification.
- The capital reached more than 660 million.
2005
- Qualified for international registration of its products.
- Launched a high-end product series
- TAICRON W&WW series products.
- TAINASET PA series.
- Taicron MF series.
- Taicron HW.
- Taiffix EHF environmentally friendly reactive dyes.
2012
- Joined bluesign and become a partner of the bluesign® system.
2014
- T&T promised that it would fulfil zero discharge of hazardous chemicals (ZDHC) by 2020 in order to comply with the joint roadmap released by the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals Programme. Bought additional expensive instruments such as GC-MS to reinforce control over raw materials and supplies and finished product.
2017
- The list of ZDHC-MRSL compliant products is registered in the chemical gateway to provide the industry with a choice over non-toxic products.
Company Evolution and Development Journey
T&T Industries Corporation was established in 1969, dedicated to the research and development, production, and manufacturing of textile dyes, leather dyes, and auxiliaries. The company also created its own brand for marketing domestically and internationally.
Investment and Production Scale Enhancement in Modern Dye Factories
In 1995, the company invested a substantial amount of capital to construct a modernized, automated dye factory in Taoyuan Guanyin Industrial Zone. This investment brought new energy to T&T, significantly enhancing the scale and perfection of its products. Disperse dyes and acid dyes, in particular, marked a significant development for the company.
Stepping into the Global Dye Manufacturing Arena
After the completion of the Guanyin factory in March 1996, the company officially started mass production, marking a new era for T&T and joining the ranks of the world’s major dye manufacturers. The company recruited dye experts from around the world to participate in research and development and process improvement, in response to the rapidly developing market.

Leveraging decades of professional experience and technology, and through the efforts and breakthroughs of R&D and application personnel, the company provides high-quality products tailored to the needs of global markets. Quality control and assurance staff use precise instruments for strict quality management before, during, and after production to ensure consistent quality.
Corporate Social Responsibility in the Green Environmental Movement
In fulfilling its duty as a global citizen and responding to the green environmental movement, T&T Industries Corporation invested over 100 million New Taiwan Dollars to set up a comprehensive wastewater treatment plant. The company obtained the ISO14001 certification in 2001, further demonstrating its commitment and care towards environmental protection.
