Taigal C-65 is a dyeing agent for Nomex and Kavler fibers’ dyeing. It can promote dyeing ability for the various fire retardant fibers, yarns, and cloths.

5. Solubility: Soluble in cold and warm water

Features

1. It’s an unique, low odor product developed for cationic dyeable polyamide. Such as: NOMEX.
2. It does not emit noxious odor, normally associated with the dyeing of NOMEX when using carriers which based on ace to phenome nor does it leave residual odors in the finished goods.

Application

1.Solube

Taigal CKP-T is a powder grade which can be formulated into an effective dispersing agent or levelling agent for use during the dyeing and preparation stages of most fibre types.

Taigal CKP-T product is supplied at a minimum 92% solids and is typically diluted to 30% activity for end user. . Optimum addition levels are dependent on the choice of dyestuff, liquor ratios, dyeing equipment and fibre type.

2. Dyeing with Disperse dyes.

Taigal CKP-T increases the dispersability of the dyebath, avoiding speckling during the dyeing of piece goods and filtration during package dyeing. The product shows no affinity for the dyestuff and does not generate any appreciable foam. There is also no adverse effect on crock fastness and the equipment remains clean when the product is used.

1) Dyeing

1. Put Taigal SET and HAC in a dye bath for 5~10 minutes.
2. Add dye solution.
3. Heat the dyeing bath to 98~100°C slowly.
4. Keep the dyeing bath at 98~100°C for 30~60 minutes.

2) Recommended recipe

1. Light shade: 1.5 2.0 %
2. Medium shade: 1.0 1.5 %
3. Deep shade: 0.5 1.0 %
