CT-507 is an amino-modified softening agent with high consistency and environment friendly. It can provide a very good softening effect on the textiles. CT-507 can mix well with water, so it can enhance the texture of textiles, making them extra soft and smooth. CT-507 can be used with other textile auxiliaries.

Properties

1. Appearance: transparent (when it up to 45 ℃℃, it s color will become semi milk. A fte r retuming to 25 ℃, it will transparent
2. Ph value (25℃): 6 ~ 8
3. Solid content: 66 ~ 70%
4. Ionic character: non ionic / weak cationic
5. Dilution: dilute with cold water

Application

CT 507 can be used directly or be used with synthetic resin, and it is diluted wit h cold water. CT 507 can be diluted with water to 50%, and it is stable in high environment temperature and keeping transparent state at 70 ℃℃. I n general, the concentration in the bath is 2 to 15 g/L, and silicone adsorption amount is 0.2 to 1.0%. CT 507 wi th reactive functional groups can dry by 120~180 for a few minutes.

Nonionic softening agent for natural and synthetic fiber and their blends

Applications

1. The dilute method is same as the Taisoft SSK-50 Base. The best percantage of stock solution Taisoft SSK-50 Base is 10%~15%.
2. For 10% stock solution of Taisoft LS-5 Base. Generally, 3%~5% o.w.f.is sufficient for treating cellulose, 2%~3% o.w.f. for T/C is recommended.
